I purchased a cape Code with three levels. The ground level has a small kitchen with sunroom, I’m thinking of repurpose the sunroom to kitchen area and remove a load barring wall. Also if possible add a new bathroom in 2nd floor and add an egress window.

I have few properties under LLC. I'm trying to figure out based route to cash out refinance. Does anyone know any lenders that works with BRRRR investors under LLC. Im just looking for some lenders with favorable rates for LLC.

I'm new to BP. Last few weeks I have read in few instances, some of the BP community members talk about Cash Out Refinance [COR]. I'm wondering when to COR vs Home Equity Loans [HEL]. 

1. Which one has greater tax advantage?

2. How would COR or HEL help buy and hold investment?

3. If COR increase interest rate, would it a be good idea to take loan? Let say current loan interest rate is 3.0 and it increase to 4.5%.

4. When to consider COR or HEL?

5. Save for down payment vs take COR or HEL?

6. Many banks offer higher HEL than COR. Bank told me for COR I still need to have 75% LTV, where HEL same rules don't apply as its 2nd mortgage?
