I was at a recent land auction in Arizona and it was terrible. I felt bad for the sellers. Isn't there away that Auction House's can ratchet up their industry to make the whole process more appealling to attract a higher caliber of investment interest?

I am looking to buy some land on the Oregon Coast for retirement. Is it easy to find raw land and build myslef - or am I too late?

I did an LLC online and choose from a menu based on what I wanted to spend. It was pretty easy. Also, your local bank can give you good advice.
