This is super helpful reference data and thank you Stan for the quote! Will reach out to both for quotes!

Any recommendation for SFH rental property insurance companies around Atlanta? Currently with American Family Insurance and it's $800+ for a $200K property. Would love to switch to a lower cost one.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Post: SFH w/ In-Law - Legal to rent out to two parties?

Hi BP forum,

Curious to know if it's legal to rent out a SFH with an in-low unit (separate kitchen and entry) to two different parties on two different leases.

Much appreciated!

Hi there,

I am an investor from the West Coast. Heading to Philly for the weekend and would love to meet up with a few local investors / realtors to get to know more about local opportunities. Looking for turn-key / semi-turn key residential investment opportunities in C to B+ neighborhoods.

Send me a note if you have time to connect ahead of the weekend or meet up for coffee.

Best,

Lisa

Hi everyone.

I am fairly new to the forum. Look forward to learning from the experts here.

Recently I came across a home on 3 acre of land and a lake in the middle. Wanted to get some feedback around if that could be a potential liability or risk factor if renting out the home. Would the insurance be much higher? What if someone gets hurt in the lake, how to account for that?

Thanks!
