Thanks @Shiloh Lundahl, yes, sounds right to me. I am joining the Flagstaff REI meetup and am probably looking to invest in other markets.

Hi Andrew, my name is Lisa and I live in Flagstaff. I am new to learning about real estate investing and am interested in chatting with other folks in AZ who are looking to invest here. Flagstaff properties don't seem to be that great of a deal, so I am curious about Phoenix and other areas of the state. I have just started listening to a lot of the podcast episodes as well and I am excited to begin investing when I feel ready enough to not lose all my money. :) Thanks for posting!
