Thanks for all the great feedback. Seems like alot of people are investing in the Columbus area. Are there still deals to be had? Any new companies moving to the area? Anyone have recommendations for property management companies or REAs?

Hi All,

I am new to BP. I currently own one rental property in Orange County and am looking to invest in more affordable areas outside of California that have a higher cash flow on rental properties. I am looking for a SFH for a buy and hold turnkey in a B/C area neighborhood. Has anyone had recent success with any of these areas? If so what kind of cash flow rate was achieved? Would you avoid any of these and why? If you have had success is there anyone you could put in touch with, I plan to go visit one of these cities next month.
