Hi BP! I have a motivated seller lead in University Place, WA but a little stumped at how to analyze this deal. Would appreciate all inputs.

My question is, what are the pitfalls of assuming a reverse mortgage? Would the balance be up to current market value of the property, or based on the original loan amount only?

Hi BP community! I'm just starting out, reading and absorbing all I come across. There are a variety of investing strategies that range in amount of capital involvement and risk. I'm trying to get an idea of what others have done in terms of piecing these together to offset risk and maximize return.
