That's great! My husband and I are thinking about doing a single family BRRR in Clintonville or Worthington in the spring. Depending on how that goes I'd like to keep going and repeat the process. We used to rent in Worthington and there were so many small houses that needed so love and that's why we are thinking of that area. We are both in sales which is so up and down. We just want some more stable income and then when we get big commission checks we can invest it into our real estate. Trying to learn if we should set-up an LLC or just put it under our names to start. Any advice? I just really got serious this month. I wanna do my research, sell my stock in the spring and buy then. I would love any tips!
