I found a few distress properties in Philadelphia. The problem I am having is getting in contact with the property owners. Their mailing address is the same as the distress property!! How else can I go about finding the owner??

Thank you so much for your advice. I really don’t have a mentor I can turn to about wholesaling and when I was asking a few wholesaling at a few meet up some people are not really interested in talking because they think that it’s going to take money out of their pockets. I am taking my real estate classes online so it’s taking me a little longer to get my license but now I am going to be able to focus more on my school work to achieve that goal. I will start goin back to a few meet up and interacting with people. Hopefully I will find a good mentor!! I really appreciate your advice! I know nothing happens overnight but I will continue to work at it. Thank you!!!

I am Currently in four flat stage, I just can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am also studying for my real estate license. I have been working the same dead end job for 10yrs and I am still renting. I don’t have the best credit and I am living pay check to pay check. I started learning Real Estate last year. I started to listen to every podcast I could. I tried my hand at wholesaling but Wasn’t successful at all which kind of made me really down and depress. I am currently looking for another job but I just feel like I am not getting anywhere. I am overwhelmed with Real estate information but I have no clue as to where to even start. I know I can’t do anything because I have poor credit and I really want to own my own home. My car is On its way out and I am eventually goin to have to take Public transportation. The one job that I did apply for is way out of my comfort zone. But I am a very very strong believer of treating others the way same way you want to be treated. It was a blessing to read your story. I just feel so stuck in life. But I know if I start Investing it will change my life for the better. I can see myself doing great things in real estate. I want to Buy and hold, flip, sale! And eventually I would love to work with apartment buildings and commercial units. But it’s just very hard trying to get there. I know the light is on the other side of the Tunnel but I just can’t see it yet!! But it’s there!!

Hello BP!
I am a Newbie to Real Estate. I don’t not own any properties as of yet. I started trying to wholesale last year but I was Unsuccessful. I had a few properties under Contract but they did not work out. Now I am studying for my realtor license. I am Interested in every aspect of real estate. I want to buy and hold, flip, sale And eventually work my way up to commercial real estate and multi units Buildings. But I feel lost and Overwhelm. I don’t know where to start!! I have been taking advice from others and have learned that you really can’t listen to everyone. BP family if anyone has Any suggestions on what I should do please let me know thank you for your time
