I use Innago as my property management software and through that, my tenants can opt-in for reporting to the credit bureaus.

I use Innago for all things Property Management.  I list my vacancies where they syndicate to other sites, accept applications and conduct tenant screening, sign the lease (and other) agreements, and collect security deposits and rent (to different accounts if you prefer).  I also have my tenants submit all maintenance requests in Innago which I can forward to my handyman.  It is a very powerful property management software and...it is free for landlords.

I use Innago for rent collection (and all other aspects of property management) and it is fantastic!  Free for landlords, Innago allows me to designate different deposit accounts for security deposit vs rent.  I also use Innago for tenant screening and they collect the application fee and deposit my portion into the designated account.

Congratulations on your first rental property!  I self-manage as well and use Innago.  It is free for landlords and I do everything through this software including listing the property for rent, e-signing the lease agreement, handling maintenance requests, etc.  It is quite powerful and the customer service at Innago is amazing.

Hi Javier,

If you are a BP Pro member, select "Tools" from the menu bar, then under Services choose "Lease Agreement Packages" then download for your state.  I use these documents, along with Brandon and Heather Turner's "Managing Rental Properties" book which has bonus content to make all this smooth and easy.

Happy leasing!

I use Innago and it is amazing!  I also use the BP lease for my state.  In Innago (FREE), you simply upload a template of your lease (or any other document you need to be signed), drag and drop the appropriate signature (or initial or date) buttons into your lease, save and send to your tenants.  They sign, you sign and the lease is then stored in Innago for you and your tenants.

The customer service at Innago is second to none.  If I ever have a technical question, they are super responsive.  I highly recommend!

We use Innago for rent collection and everything money related. This includes security deposits as well as tenant screening.

This was not a feature when I was marketing my property, it was added in May 2021.  The "Software Update" I received from Innago says:

So far, we've partnered with the Apartments.com and Realtor networks. Together, they represent more than 15 different websites that you can post to. In just a few clicks, you can have your rental in front of thousands of potential renters. And we're looking to add more networks in the coming weeks and months!
