Buy Price: 70,000

Fix: $30,000 (includes foundation work with a bid price already in at 15k) other fix includes paint, flooring.

Close: 2 weeks.

We will be fixing this home up in order to utilize as a short term rental. Rental rates for STR in this area are $1,850/month.
