I'm new to this real estate investing game also but I would suggest listen to the BP podcast. I have an hour and a half drive home from work so I started listening, from episode one, a few months ago and have learned a lot. Not to mention, Josh and Brandon are pretty entertaining. I would also recommend Brandon's "The Book on Rental Property Investing" if buy and hold is something you are considering for you portfolio.

What can be the pros and cons of buying an already occupied multi-family property? What questions should I ask myself before buying.

how do I go about getting a mortgage for a $20,000 home? Can I do a 15 year or should I get a personal loan?? Please help I know nothing!
