I haven’t! I looked at a few that required me to pick an address at one of their storefronts, which I didn’t love. I’ll check it out, thank you!

What does everyone use as their business address? I thought for sure I could find something virtual and inexpensive, but not in my area. I only need mail forwarding, but my search has come up pretty expensive (IMO).

@Julian Sage I do plan to scale and would like to learn a software that will scale with me. I will look into both of those - thank you! Also, I recently picked up listening to your podcast. It has helped to get me more acquainted with the STR business - thanks for what you do!

@Noble Crawford Thank you for your suggestions! I have only heard recommendations for Guesty and checked out their website, but I haven't quoted it out myself. I wonder if the pricing is negotiable?  

I currently have one long term rental and am closing soon on two short term rentals. I am looking primarily for a software that will make management of the short term rentals easier as I have plans to scale. Primarily what I am looking for is:

- Full integration with AirBnb, VRBO, booking.com, and other booking sites - calendar, messages in one place, bookings, etc

- Personal website creation is a plus

- issue payments & bookkeeping

- issue invoices when needed

I was looking into Guesty - any experience there? I appreciate it!!

Did you ever find a lender that would allow this? I am in the same boat hoping to put as little down as possible. Thanks!
