I have been looking into using seller financing as a way to really get into REI. I have look into different methods and was hoping i could get some first hand experience and tips on how i could be more effective in my pitch. I'm currently working on my pitch and compiling questions to ask.

Does anyone know of a good online real estate training course that is available? I have found some links via Google, but I wanted to see if anybody has any recommendations. I'm looking at getting my license for Georgia. Any help would be appreciated.

My name is Lionel I am 27 years old, currently in the U.S. Army, and I live in Clarksville, Tn. Now that the basics are over, I've been on Bigger Pockets a little over a month. I have read a couple of Real Estate books since I started to look into Real Estate investment. Really looking at multifamily homes, and possibly wholesaling. Definitely on here hoping to network and learn more about investing.  Looking forward to the future.
