 There is software here on BP to analyze deals. I recommend building your own as well.

One thing to consider once you build a calculator is to do sensitivity analysis. That is when you adjust numbers to see how they impact your bottom line, so you know which numbers impact your bottom line the most.

its a good weigh to measure risk


 How do I get the BP software.  I have been doing my own but want to check out better tools...
