Yes, features are so important. I’m going to continue to stick with midterm rentals something will open up soon. I just have to be patient. Thanks for all your advice, I really appreciate it. 

Hello James. I believe my price is fair with the comps in the area. Yes, I’m using TheGuarantors platform for long term and Waivo for midterm and short term tenants instead of a traditional deposit.

Yes it’s lots of things going on in Louisville Kentucky! The new hospital is one reason I decided to do midterm renting. Although, I’m having a had time getting a traveling professional in my property. I have it currently on Furnished Finders, Turbo tenant, and ale Solutions. 

I took the pictures myself maybe I should have someone professionally take them. I was considering putting the property on Redfin as well. Thank you so much for all the advice. I truly appreciate it!  

Hello everyone. I am new to renting out to short term tenants. I have a rental property that I have put on Furnished Finders fir a couple of weeks now and was just wondering if someone could give me some advise on if this is the right direction. I would like to list my property on as many platforms as possible. It would be nice to be able to have a direct connect with hospitals that pay for traveling professionals lodging. I just need a good networking strategy.   Thank you in advance for your advice.
