My name is Linnea and im from sweden and i would like to know where in the US you prefer investing and why? 

Im also really interested connecting with investors in the US. 

Now, 2018 i would like to start invest for passive income in the us. I need all info/tips you can share :)

Hi!

My name is Linnea, 26 year old from sweden. Im living in stockholm with my husband and 2 kids. 

Started with real estate for about 2 years ago. Have made some flipping and investments. I am very interested in learning more about investments in  the US, everything from good areas for investment for passive income, loans for non citizens etc. 

I have been to Florida alot of times. So im extra interested in i formation about florida, but also other areas and Detroit, how do u feel about investing in detroit?
