Hi BP, I'm glad to be in this community and I have a complicated eviction problem right now and really need some advice.

My lease with my tenants terminated on 5/31 and they moved out but left one lady who refused to leave. She was not on my lease and I never received any payment from her, and I saw her the first time on 5/31. Clearly, my previous tenants violated the lease terms and sublet to this lady without my permission. I found a constable to serve her the summons and complaint form (categorizing her as an illegal occupant). However, my neighbor told me she let other strangers move in and even move in some furniture. My problem is, since I'm going through an eviction process with her, I can't change the locks and I have no control over who she lets in the property. I'm worried that this would become a rabbit hole and I need to deal with the other strangers who might establish tenancy while I'm evicting her.

Do you have any ideas about what to do about this? Is there any experienced attorney who's specialized in eviction?

Thanks!
