I'm just starting. I have been looking for deals and getting information from real state. I think I'm starting to learn how to spot a deal. Lately every property I ask for information from the realtor they tell me the property already has an offer accepted. I'm also trying to figure out how to get money for a downpayment since I don't have enough on cash. But yes, this forum is dead :(
