Hello,

I am familiarizing myself with the rental calculator here on BP.  After putting in my calculations and getting to the next page where you can analyze the numbers...I wanted to download the pdf but the pdf doesn't show any of my corrections. For example when I changed the purchase price to get a better rate...the pdf shows the original amount still.  Hope this makes sense.  You would think if you change the number in the analysis to something that better suits you...then those number should come up on the pdf. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello...

Feel silly for asking this....but on redfin when it shows the estimated monthly cost broken down....one of the listings i'm looking at shows $342 a month for taxes (4104 a year)....  but then under the sale and tax history...it shows 2023 taxes as $2847.  Which one do you go by?  I'm asking this because for our own home our property tax and school taxes are separate. Is the 342 including the school tax?

Thank you
