Exciting (and big!) step & I am sure inspiring to many on here.

I work with a number of developers and asset owners, and one of the common things we see seems to be what you're pointing to — the handover processes can be disjointed, especially as some folks in this industry are less thrilled to use technology like Slack for communication. If you're up for it, would love to see if I can help with my platform which is a CRM + project management platform + communication platform that works with email/text message so teams (and tenants and vendors) don't have to sign in to stay up-to-date/engage. This has been helpful for our customers that use 3rd party or manage in-house management teams with contractors. LMK!

@Jonathan Klemm - shooting you an email, would love to connect virtually!

Hey all,

Love seeing so many folks building financial freedom through real estate. This is my dream community!

I have managed my own small portfolio of properties for 10+ years now, including a couple SFR STRs, multifamily rentals, and I've done a few rehab/lease/flips. I still manage the STRs and multifamily rentals and continue to build the portfolio.

Of course, with a day job in technology this all avalanched into starting my own technology company for real estate management. I saw how much was over email, text message, paper, and how proactive and routine maintenance can easily slip through the cracks without an accountability partner. So I built Super (hiresuper.com), a workflow platform for property management that centralizes email, text messages, work orders, and tasks into one easy-to-collaborate hub. We also collect rent and dues, store files, and give you a robust CRM for your residents, staff, and vendors.

As of now, my personal portfolio is primarily in NY where I am typically based, but Super is working with teams all over! I'm in the LA area all of January to make connections (holler if you're here too!) and excited to learn from this community.

Hey Tom, the software suggested have portfolio size minimums, but my company doesn't (I use it to collect rent from my tenants myself!). We can manage all the communications & set up online rental payments (bank transfer via ACH is free, or 3% surcharge to the tenants if they pay by debit/credit card), let me know if you'd like to chat! hiresuper.com.
