Great point.  Actually, looking for condo to purchase to live in to start, then eventually rent out in the future.  Could be a move-in ready place or a fixer-upper.

Can anybody recommend a great real estate agent in the Phoenix area that is knowledgeable about the Central Corridor, Midtown/Uptown Area, Camelback Corridor and into Arcadia?

@Eric Delcol thanks for the advice. Are you flipping houses in the West valley?

@Christopher Winkler Yes, it is very hot this time of year.  It'd be great to connect with you cousin if he/she is willing, are they on BP?

@Bishoy Girgis Thanks for the great advice!

@Eric Delcol I am looking all over Phoenix!  Big market, lots of opportunity it seems. What parts are you investing in?

@Paul S.   THANK YOU for your notes. I am listening to all of the Podcasts and already have 3 books lined up on my shelf to get through! I do have a lot to learn.

@Brandon Gowen Thanks!

Hi All!

I am a newby to the real estate world! Getting ready to move back to Phoenix after being in Yuma, Arizona for a few years with my current company. My background is in Construction Management, but I recently grew an incredible interest in real estate investment and am looking forward to learning more about it.  My goal is simple - get to a point where I can quit my job and become an investor/house flipper full time. I am extremely new to the industry, and would happily take any advice from the more experienced folks out there who are willing! I am a harder worker and am ready and excited to do whatever it takes to make it in the industry!
