We have a fix and flip business with LLC and website. We wish to sell other people's properties from our website....is this even legal?

This is not the main point of our website and we wish to buy and sell our own properties but the situation has come up time and time again...can we advertise and sell other people's properties from our LLC?

I'd really appreciate any feed back on this!

Thanks linda.

my partner Is very experienced in construction and doing this for other people. We have two properties in Scotland uk as holiday rentals and he did full renovation on both...

No we were just wondering with current rates on % we should offer a private investor but I think most private investors would rather do an equity split of some sorts....

We are happy to enter into that also

We are looking at hard money loans just now too as they seem to be a pretty good option.

Thank you.

We are new to flipping houses though now new to remodelling and construction.

We wish to move faster than we are presently doing and to do so we need cash.

We are reaching out to investors but feel this is a mine field and some just happy to take all of our hard earned cash..😕

I would be intrsted to know what bigger pocket money investors feel is a fair return on their loan

Also a time period in return. We do have our own ideas but we need advice...maybe we are wrong.

Thank you

Linda

hi, I am new too...hi!

I am considering investing in a multi which is actually one large house split into two identical three bed apartments.

I'm thinking on lease to buy option with the owner but I may wish to offer the same deal on one half of the house to someone.

I wondering if this is possible and indeed legal?

On a different note...

I was wondering about a multi well actually a six bedroom house split into two identical properties. I'd like to live in one and lease purchase the other. I'm wondering if this is legal?
