I truly appreciate it. Thank you for the insight. We are signed up for the first Real Estate networking group this coming Tuesday. 

We are setting up our business structure as we speak to make sure we have the right asset protection. Do you have any insight on the best structure whether to use just an LLC or do an S Corp?

Hi I am new to the investment community, my husband and I are excited to join the awesome journey as real estate investors. I will continue to work as a Financial Analyst in Corporate America but my husband will be on the ground full time executing deals. We are eager to learn and grow our business from other seasoned investors. Currently we will be pursuing wholesale and flipping in Houston Texas but are open to other areas if it is the right deal. Once we establish and build up more capital, we will transition into more buy and hold options. We look forward to networking and partnering up with members in the BP community.
