Hi everyone!  I have just started my associate broker career with Keller Williams Preferred Realty and wanted to touch base, since I have been off Bigger Pockets for some time now.  I have been on the investment side of real estate and have learned things on that end and now have ventured to learn things on this end.  Am looking for inspiration or advice from other agents.  I am still interested in fix and flips, wholesaling and of course now buyers and sellers for residential and single family homes!

Thanks~

Post: Keeping an offer

I have a property we put an offer on a few weeks ago.  3-4 weeks ago to be accurate.  The owner has been very correspondent and has always gotten back since we have been in contact.  he is assessing things with his tax guy, from what he says, and I touched base with him last week and still he says the same thing. Any suggestions on how long an offer should be good for?  I believe the market in that area is about the same but I am concerned by the time he responds it will change or he is just giving us the run around.  Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks

Any advise to working in a tight market to keep from getting out bid on deals? Also would like feedback from Investors who have done business out side of their market, deals done without seeing properties.

Hey everyone!!! I am Linda Barr:)  I am joining today as a new investor in Denver Colorado.  I am originally from California born and raised.  My husband and I moved here 2 years ago for his service duty to the Army.  My husband actually introduced me to the Bigger Pockets community and I am excited to get involved.  We have started our business in wholesaling, flipping and rehabbing.  I look forward to learning more about the community and getting out and growing with the people around me.
