As the subject states, I been learning about real estate for a while now, I been working as a isa for about 3 weeks now it’s a w2 job, but I feel as I’m learning. I want to invest in multi family and also learn wholesaling which I do on the side. Is a isa job a good way to get tourney football in the door? Meet cash lenders? Network properly?

I don’t even own property yet, but in one of the Biggerpockets podcast @Brandon Turner said he actually paid one of his crazy tenants to leave. (300) I think it was. I can’t remember the exact episode I’ll post it, once I find it.

I’m still in the process of getting my first deal, I’m in the Las Vegas area been doing bandit signs, have built a buyer list. Now I want to know some pointers and advice of analyzing repairs so I can give a price. I’m starting off buy wholesaling to built capital and really get into the investment side. Also what’s a great way to find a mentor?

New to wholesaling I been looking for houses around the neighborhoods and area. My question is can you go to auctions for preforclosure and buy them to sell them to buyers. And if you can do you have to down payment. I notice some foreclosures are deals.

I’m in Las Vegas NV

Yes I’m looking in the Las Vegas area, but at the moment I’m in the process of raising capital. I also want to jump into whole sailing as my side gig full time, that way I raise capital so I can reinvest it into apartment complexes. That way I can get asset and dividends from my asset. My goal is to own 100 units by 30 atm I’m 24. Any advice will help thank you in advance.

I’m 24 my credit is at 570 I recently lost points due to a vehicle. I’m barely saving money. I want to invest into apartment or multiple units what would be the best way to start?     “Please serious answer” I also read books when I need to learn new things. Would I need a license? Do I talk to an agent? I been looking at places, but I won’t be ready to buy until I save up at least 30K.
