@Austin Hendrickson Hi Austin, thanks for starting the conversation. I’ve been doing a lot of research on opportunity zones as well. Have you heard anything regarding a 20% ownership test? I couldn’t find it in the statute and my guess is it has to do with preventing arms-length transactions.
