Hi dog,
I 'm a massage therapist and esthetician. About 3 years ago I decided to move from my home (a resort area) to the city where my pay was cut to about a half of my normal pay, therefore, it was a bit harder to pay my bills. I am currently doing quite a bit to repair it. It's not completely wrecked, but it could use some work.
Right now I'm pretty much devoted to REI, however, I inexperienced. It's a bit hard to do a short sale without knowing if I'm going about it exactly the right way...

Hi to all!

I'm new to the forum. I learned what I know about real estate investing via the internet and books that I have feverishly read. I am a new resident of bellingham, wa, a booming college town just south of vancouver, b.c. . I'm looking for parnerships to increase my knowledge and investor relations. I have many potential investments, but am lacking the funding and credit to obtain them. anyone interested?
