Hello all!

Just a quick question.  Does anyone use Pebble?  It is a website for land investors.  I am wondering if Pebble provides it's customers with a phone number.  I am hesitant to put my personal cell phone number of my Land Offer Letters and am considering using Google Voice if Pebble does not provide one.

Hello everyone!

Has anyone used the peel and stick backsplash in their kitchens?  I am in the process of remodeling my primary home now, and am looking for some cheap but durable options.  A quick search on Amazon shows that the peel and stick options can range anywhere from $30-$300, depending on the amount and quality of the tiles.

Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated!  Thanks!

Have you considered househacking?  Since you are more interested in multi-family, you could live in one unit with your family and rent out the others.  David Greene preaches househacking regularly on the podcast.  A couple things to keep in mind if you do choose this strategy:

1. Don't expect your property to cash flow, especially if you live in an expensive market (although it's not impossible).

2. Look at househacking as a means to reduce your mortgage payment so you can save that money for future investments.

Good luck!

I wish I had been interested in real estate when I was just out of college!  David Greene preaches househacking regularly on the podcast, and it's the perfect strategy for beginning investors. A couple things to keep in mind if you do choose this strategy:

1. Don't expect your property to cash flow, especially if you live in an expensive market (although it's not impossible).

2. Look at househacking as a means to reduce your mortgage payment so you can save that money for future investments.

Good luck!

Thank you!  Do you get unlimited transfers with Wealthfront?

Yes! Unlimited fee-free transfers. Also just saw that if you are referred you get a 0.5% APY boost for 3 mo. Happy to do that if you're interested, send over a connect request if so :)

Thank you so much!  I'll talk to my fiance tonight and see if we want to make a switch :)
