I am currently in my first stages of becoming a Rental property owner. My name is Libby and I currently live in the Fremont, OH area. (Close to larger cities Toledo, Columbus, Cleveland) looking to link up with surrounding experienced people in this field. Any feedback on or in the industry, would be fabulous!

I am learning to train my mind, that debt can be good. Trying to purchase a rental property with no personal cash down and just using debt. It is so hard to re-train my brain. Best advise i have heard so far, Don't work for money, have money work for you. Thank you for the support and good luck as well!
