Hi all, I'm a foreign national from Canada. I have investment properties in a few states and looking for more. I am finding it extremely difficult to find good LTV and good rates to refi and scale. Does anyone have recommendations on the lender that has a really good product for my situation I have an ITIN and LLCs.

@Julie McCoy thank for the info. There are a ton of Air BnB in Clearwater. I read the article and it mentions the HOA. The home I am looking at isn't part of any HOA and the listing says no rental restrictions. I will look into it further. This home has a long term tenant wanting to stay anyway to I think I'm covered regardless of what I find. I could keep the tenant
