Hi All, 

I'm a UK resident who is currently living in Qatar in the Middle East. However, due to the difficulty of obtaining an expat mortgage in the UK, i'm looking at investing into a vacation rental in the South of Spain. 


My Question: How do you suggest researching the average rentals in a vacation property from a distance in addition to evaluating the average occupancy rate in that location? #askbp
