Hey guys,

I'm new to real estate and am trying to understand how everything works. I am still a university student and am trying to soak up as much useful information from any real big brain investors out there. What are some books I should start reading or listening to?

I have listened/read a few of the rich dad books, where should I go from here in regards to beginning to invest real estate?

Hey guys,

I'm relatively new to the world of investing and real estate and, like most new people, am completely lost on where to start. I'm still a university student, so I'm just using this time to begin learning and building a steady foundation before I give this whole real estate thing a go. What tips or general advice would you give someone brand new?

I have been reading books and listening to audiobooks, I stumbled on this page through random google search. I am trying to find real people to connect with, but there are so many gurus out there it's kind of hard to sort real from fake.
