What other way is there other than a negative, damaging comment?

I respect who call me and ask me questions to be knowledgeable enough to make an educated decision.


People that make a comment like that just because.......not so much.

I am just wondering if all of you "legit" professionals arrived where you are by just going always by the book, In my 14 year in RE, I have never met anyone that told me the truth from the start. I feel blessed I found the right place.

Hello everyone,

I must say that I had my share of running around to do, just like many of us, but at the end I was able to become the direct rep of a source of many REO/PN/NPN that need legit buyers. They don't want to waist their time to check on people that contact them. I do it for them and everybody is happy. I guess the small fee they pay me it worth it for them. It really depends on who you come across and how honest they are.

Hi Bill,

I connect sellers with buyers. The buyers have to provide POF and sign LOI.

I just get the referral.........that's why I was interested in knowing how to best handle the situation. I want to be honest and legit with everybody. This new opportunity of different way to work in the RE world would really change 100% my life, finally for the gooI am looking forward to  your suggestion :)

Hello network,

I just starting to  work with people that sell notes: REOs, NPNs, Commercial etc.

Their minimum purchase in REOs is 10 Million and the NPN minimum is 20 Million.

 What is the best way for me to make sure I will get paid?

Is it there a contract, and if yes which one  that I can have them sign?

Should I be paid by the seller or the buyer?
