Hello Matthew, thanks for your questions. In the last 12 month we were only able to capture 3 successful referral fees even though we received and forwarded hundreds of leads. We sent them to agents working for Keller Williams and Coldwel Banker. But those are only individual realtors, we have no agreement with any of the large companies.

I think what you suggested makes sense. I will try contact all major companies and see if there is interest. Our leads are quite good since 90% of people find us via Google searching for exact address. So they are mostly buyers interested in specific property. Some leads are of course just lookers but I believe there is a huge $ on the table we are missing.

We were contacted by a couple mortgage brokers who were interested in buying leads from people interested in loans... so perhaps offering financial services on the site could also be a way to go.

Thank you again for your suggestions, will keep you updated regarding further developments.

I am the owner of established real estate site which is also one of the largest you can find. We currently promote over 31,000 listing from all over US and $72B in inventory.

The website has fantastic campaign in Google and is designed to capture as many buyers leads as possible but I am having problem monetizing it.

We are receiving leads from all over US all the time but I am just not sure how to handle them. Right now we are sending them randomly to agents working in specific area and hope something will happen. I am sure there is a better way so if someone has a suggestion I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
