I'm currently a Restaurant Assistant GM whos been in the service industry for over twenty years. I reside in Arlington Tx from Tampa Fl and I never will regret that decision for myself. Ive been interested in real estate for some time now and I need to get it moving. Lessons from Carlton Sheets to Robert Kiyosaki books has kept my interest in creating a lifestyle change in investing in real estate. I want to learn how to flip properties not by wholesales but by true due diligence and smart work. Thats just to raise capital because my ultimate goal is to redevelop distressed neighborhoods and invest in property holdings.
