I have already attended a few REI meeting that i found via meetup(dot)com. The funny thing is i went to these meeting expecting the investor guys and gals to be very open and friendly. Surprisingly they were not! They all seem to have this air about them like they are better than you and almost shun you as funny as that may sound. fortunately I'm comfortable in any situation and i just see it as a speed bump and not a game killer. As for my REI training i sole focus on Chris Chico study courses and Info. He seems to be dead on about the wholesaling aspect of real estate and all over the internet people praise him for his expertise. At any rate thanks for the info and you'll be hearing from me right after i secure and sell my first deal!
