All of the properties are occupied, and one of them was just fully renovated and leased. Total monthly income from all 7 duplexes (14 doors) totals $12,580 as-is. A number of the properties are leased for less than they should be as the tenants have continued on a month-to-month basis. You should easily be able to get $13,000+/month as-is by increasing rates with the tenants who have not seen a recent rent increase.
