Hey Taylor!

I love how excited you are to get started!

I've been investing now for about 3 years and I'm an expert in creative finance. I'd learn more about that tool because it can help you grow your portfolio at a much quicker pace!

Reach out if I can help.

Hey Jessica!

Are you only interested in the Philadelphia market?

Nope! We are open to investing anywhere, we're just only are familiar with Philadelphia and New Jersey markets at the moment since it's where we live.

 I love it!

Out of state investing is totally doable especially if you have the right people in place.

What are you goals with investing? Cash flow? appreciation? Long term rentals? Short term rentals? I'm curious what you're looking for. :)

Hey Faridah!

A great way to fund properties is utilizing seller finance or owner carry.

I'd start learning about these strategies because it's a great way to build your portfolio when you find those opportunities.

Owner finance and subto are better strategies. No one wants the debt in their name.

I second this! If you can go with seller finance/owner carry that would be the way to go!

If you're open to seller finance that can be a great way to quickly grow your portfolio!

You can learn a ton about Creative Finance on Youtube.

Me! Running a uniquely structured turnkey company in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Our team loves helping new investors get the ball rolling on their portfolios.

But Elon Musk seems to be doing some interesting stuff too.

Corby would be and EXCELLENT speaker!

Hey Mitchell!

We've done most of our transactions using creative finance. I'd be happy to set up a call to talk more. :)

Hey Abigail!

A good tool to add to your tool belt in Real Estate would be to learn more about creative finance. Look up Pace Morby and Jeff Rappaport on  Youtube and start watching their videos to learn more. It will open up a lot more opportunities for you!

Good Luck!

Great Question!

I LOVE The ONE Thing by Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan.

It's a great book to help get you focused on things that matter when it comes to business and life.

Highly Recommend!
