Hello BP, I’m seeking advice from the perspective of more seasoned and experienced agents and entrepreneurs. I’m at a bit of a crossroads with the direction that would be most beneficial for my goals. So I’m currently coming to the end of a live in fixer upper, preparing for potentially my next project. I would like to do more rehabs full time as a career leaving my current job behind. But as I soon found on my first, the way I went about is an extremely slow and daunting process due to lack of funds and preparation. (Lesson learned)

So my question is would it make sense for me to take a step back moving into real estate sells to build a foundation of capital, more connections, and more experience before moving into flipping again or would that be an unwise use of time, as staying the current path would be best?

Love to hear your thoughts,

Thank you.

@Kirbi Campbell for 2021 I want to 1. Build my network in RE.

2. Find a experienced mentor in real estate rehabs.

3. Break into real estate full time by the end of 2021.

This is a question I have for experienced investors or people who have tried investing as a side hustle:

When did you realize it was time to quit or let your property go?

And how long did it take you before you made that decision?

@Kaylee Pratt

I’ll give two responsiveness and integrity.

Hello my fellow BP members, a few question for you all:

What are your thoughts on epoxy countertops/backsplash?

And if you have had it for some time, are you satisfied with its condition and durability?
