To whom it may concern:

I am currently in a virtual internship that teaches investing in real estate. My team and I were assigned a 16 unit apartment building in the Montrose neighborhood, and we want to do a value-add to the property theoretically. Is anyone willing to assist with estimating rehab costs/timelines for a school project?

P.S. The building exists, and it's for sale.

Hello All,

I am seeking my first job within the commercial real estate industry. Are financial modeling, capital stack and the other various things that I should know for this field taught on the job? I was wondering if I should take a financial modeling course.

Hello. I am currently attending school for a finance degree in real estate. I plan to work for a residential developer to gain experience in the field, and then I would like to start with small projects such as a single-family rental or a flip. I was wondering if on-the-job training would provide enough knowledge for this industry or should pursue an advanced degree...I thinking about a master's in real estate or construction management.

Hello all,

I paid to the take the real estate licensing exam, and now I realize I will not have the time to become a successful agent due to school, and other obligations. Is there any other jobs I could put this license to use, that may not be as demanding as an agent position?
