@Lisa Williams

Thanks Lisa. I think I am going to start reaching out to realtors after I decide which market I’m going to go into. I’ll start building my team that way

@Clayton Plummer

Thanks! I’m actually reading it now. This won’t be my first property, I already own a duplex where I live, but the market is very expensive so I’m trying to get familiar with out of state investing. Thanks again

Hey everyone, I'm trying to choose which market to invest in (I'll be doing long distance investing) and I've narrowed it down to a few options I think would be a good choice. I've got around $40,000 to use for a down payment. Just hoping for some insight and recommendations. Thanks! Here's what I've got.

Hey guys, I recently was introduced to the world of real estate investing, and am just wondering what helped you guys get started. I still have trouble realizing what deals are good ones, and what rules to use when looking at properties. I’ve listened to the audiobook The Audiobook of Real Estate Investing by Brandon Turner, but could still use help. What lists should I look at? What materials should I look at daily! Anything helps! Thank you
