is there a market for it?

This would be for smaller independent investors working their own jobs or are a little green as gc's. Helping with the subs and determining necessary work outside of the scope of agreed upon work. A former 40 year GC who has the investor's best interest in mind at all times. I've used him a few hours a week for the last month. He's 30 an hour. Ways he's saved me money too numerous. Can also be on site when I can't 

So I've been working with a consultant on a project in N Tacoma. This is the first time I've used this type of service. He's prob saved me a few thousand already. I'd like to assist him in marketing himself in Pierce County. Do a lot of rehabbers use consultants? Is there a robust market for it? Anyone have any ideas? Help!

Apparently no outside company containers may be used for construction debris. Only City of Tacoma containers unless said outside container is being used for recyclables only. Are all you guys using Tacoma containers for your demo debris and such?

Looking for a quality GC in Pierce County WA. Ideally GC would understand we're not one time retail clients but investors with possible continuous projects for the right fit.
