After moratorium and fed extensions, and new talk of more extensions,  When will Sarasota county foreclosure auctions resume ?   I know a couple owners and renters that are involved with this problem. I don't see how the Feds can take sides and punish owners while letting renters move on after a free ride this long. Some retired people have only a rental or two to help get by after working for 50 years. What a mess.

Sarasota co. and SW Golf coast Fl. What's your guess where prices are going 6 mos & 1 year for homes ?

Reasons for the RE crash of 08- 09 seem over simplified. Some blaming bankers. I didn't see the soliciting to trick us.

This much uncertainty is un chartered waters, Tail Winds to You. Christ Has Risen

I operated an engineering co. 40 years, and did my own patent legal work. Im a builder/designer 2 time Nam Vet, Pilot with landing strip and sea plane base on my property to handle friends aircraft. A friend said its good we don't get all the Govt. we pay for. Now I think we're being over run and over serviced. As soon as we take our eyes off the task, some one is trying to trick us. I've hauled 2+ million lbs of rock to prevent erosion on my 3/4 mile lake shore to save the land..and have had enough stupid Govt interference and permits to last 3 lifetimes. We love Fl in winter but every one we meet is over run by extra permits and stalked by code enforcement trolls. This is almost a joke, we're taking a walk, a guy is adding a couple screws to a window, A passing car pulls up a block away and hides taking pictures .. weird

Having spoken with a local title company they said all the liens judgements and data is done on line and we have access to the same records. One person even said they are reluctant to get involved with county foreclosure auction. Having researched the property history above on the clerk of court site I found only one judgement and no other mortgages. When it was listed for auction again I called the county people in the auction dept who were surprised and at a loss for words what happened. We know, do your DD. When anything goes wrong, the only outside party who puts up cash is like food in the desert, and the vultures move in. Another sinkhole example in the judgement is $16000 for property inspections, and its closed up so you can't inspect the inside. My complaint is the clutter traps sinkholes deceptive predatory terminology which is perpetuated to distract and confuse the mouse when looking at a snake. Instead of making matters more simple and clear when trying to resolve complicated issues, the multi lingual within the same language make matters worse. When a crook is identified and given more leverage than the innocent, we are headed down a slippery path of crap. I like to imagine a problem of deception a thousand years ago where one family faces another across the valley. They are busy trying to stay alive, the crook has an arrow in the chest and we move on. Unrealistic fabricated burdens on the innocent is a sin.

Sarasota co. states if your the high bidder and the defendant mentions Bankruptcy after the auction,                                The county has earned the auction fee and the Winning bidder lost 5% of the winning bid. The only recourse for our of state buyers are to travel back here months later to try getting a refund from a judge. How can this scam exist ?                     They require full wire transfer by 4PM the same day. Under the same condition you hire a RE lawyer and innocent or guilty your going to have a crying wife, a ruined year, and even possible health problems from the degree of injustice felt, plus the degree of insult from being a victim of this carefully engineered theft. I have a flipper rehab friend in Fl that laughs at all of this, along with the fact that a lawyer can keep a crook in a house for years at an established systematic monthly fee of $475. Other states have renter rights even after a foreclosure auction far beyond owner rights that we all know about.       Its all legal to process the crap out of all of us because its the law. Who made the laws? The lawyers that keep steeling from innocent people keeping them in the endless loop of injustice. I saw a house I bid on auctioned off, paid for and end up on the same county auction 6 weeks later for a smaller mortgage dated 14 years ago within 3 days of the first mort judgement. Why don't we see complaints and outrage for this ? We wait for years to bid on a house only to be ruined by crooked laws.      I can't find any forums that show this and discuss the facts and details.

Can the IRS have a lean against past owner you don't see until after an auction ?

After the auction date, can IRS charge against property for past owners problems ?

I have been told by a friend they can do that. He's not a pro but owns many places.
