(Jim) I'll have to look into that, my financial advisor told me about Lexington Wealth Builders when I was working this summer but I never had a chance to check it out during turnover season.

(Richard) Haha well I was used to working full time during college but recently pulled that back a little bit so I have some free time to explore and learn new things. I would imagine a physics undergrad would be much more strenuous than engineering, judging by the physics labs here at UK. I guess that's what we get for being a research university.

(Judd) Absolutely, I would be happy to get some extra work,  I'm currently a window cleaner for Fish Window Cleaning which is commission based and flexible scheduling, making it perfect for college but the temperatures just dropped below freezing and we usually slow down quite a bit during that time, if you have some work that would be great!

Hello Everyone!

I'm a mechanical engineering student at the University of Kentucky with experience in managing properties near state street.  I'm looking learn more about investing in real estate and to find others that have the same goal as I do.  To learn and make money in the process.

I'm hoping to meet some intelligent and driven people to invest with, but I won't be starting my investing quite yet, there's still much to learn.

If you have need for a person to do side jobs, leasing, maintenance, or renovations, please reach out to me, I always enjoy extra work and meeting people.
