@Austin Drew, thanks for the info!

I have a lot of experience dealing with other investors, and I do have money behind me on the syndication side. However, I don't have a ton of experience actually syndicating real estate (actually working on 2 deals now but that's about it).

Thanks everyone, I appreciate it!

I will continue doing my homework on where to invest and update what I find.

Good Morning Everyone,

I recently moved to Miami  and looking to invest (syndicate). I'm not asset specific but I would like to be geographically focused.

I'm trying to understand the differences in the market between the East and West coast of Florida in terms of competitiveness, cash flow, and opportunities.

PS: East Coast for me would be anywhere south of Brevard County, and Gulf coast would be anywhere South of Tampa (Tampa included).

I appreciate any feedback and help!

Thanks!

Hi Everyone,

I live in NYC and I'm excited in meeting people on this forum.

I currently have a real estate brokerage in NYC but looking to invest elsewhere along the east Coast. I'm looking forward in meeting people and getting to understand specific markets on a deeper level. Thankfully, I have the financial backing and have a solid network in that regard.

I have a goal of hitting 4 Million in purchases in year one and I forward in challenging myself to see if I can hit it.
