I was recently made aware of this site and blog. First of all, I have been in most of your shoes. My wife and I were 100% broke and looking for a way to get into real estate. In 2007, my wife was in the mortgage business. We were doing very well for many years. When the market crashed, we went broke. We had been to lots of seminars and guru programs looking for a way to get into the real estate game. Many people told us, just google it and do it. Unfortunately, we were not able to do it on our own. We needed resources and ultimately partners. Long story short, over the past 10 years we have evolved into running a real estate investment club. It is a brick and mortar office. Not a hotel. We have 17 offices and over 10,000 sq feet. We have participated in hundreds of real estate deals. The club isn't open to the public. You must get a invite in order to join. We meet monthly and have ongoing training on real deals we actually close monthly. If you are reading this and came to our office and didn't join, congrats. You came at least and decided it was not for you. That's good news. If you get an invite by a club member, come see for yourself. We are real people, doing real deals in a real office in today's market. That's it. To join the club (until 2018), it is $1,800 for the year. $900 down to come to our initial 3 days of intensive training. Then $75/mo for your first year. Renewals to stay part of the club, are $500 (through 2018). We have classes in addition that we offer. The classes are not part of the club membership. They aren't required to belong. They are there when a person decides to take them. The other part not said anywhere online, if you ever pay for classes in the club, you can come to class indefinitely as long as you pay your annual renewal fee. In 2018, 1st year members will be required to join for $2,400. $1,500 down and $900 balance to be paid monthly ($75/mo). Memberships can be cancelled at any time and no further dues are required. In fact, we have a money back guarantee. When you join and come to your initial 3 days of training in our office, if you aren't satisfied for any reason, we gladly refund you within 30 minutes of you asking. No questions asked. There is a $200 cancellation fee to cover the extensive materials and supplies we give you when you join. Go to itunes and listen to our podcasts. Search "Flippin Off".
If you really do your research, our club is awesome. If it isn't for you, doesn't make it a "scam." A scam is defined as
a dishonest scheme; a fraud.
I am the founder and if the club was meant to defraud people, I certainly wouldn't invest in an office building to invite strangers into my home. I'd hide behind the internet or a transient type business in a hotel. Do yourself a favor and find out for yourself.
PS - We have zero affiliation with NR, Jim piccolo or anything in Arizona. Amazing how many people write lies and have zero evidence to back it up. I have hired an attorney to sue any person we can identify as posting any misleading info about me or my wife or NWAC.
