I am looking for a general contractor who works with investors on the south side of Chicago. Property is a gut rehab and is located in the West Pullman area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Ryan Blake These are the market rental rates after the property is rehabbed. Bigger pockets made this a required field. I really did not want to add a rent price but was forced to. There are tenants in the building but they will need to moved out to complete renovation.
