Thank you so much for your help! It's in Queens and was built in 1986. (2212 119th St Flushing NY)
 I have no management fees because I plan to manage myself. Also, I input management fees and the numbers didn't change that much. I can't ask you to run the numbers yourself, but maybe you can help me find out what I'm missing here.
