I recently moved out of my apartment. I asked them a month a head of time that I will be moving out and to find out all necessary proceedures to end my lease. They told me everything except that I needed to submit a written letter. Since I didn't submit the letter, even after several times of going into the office and asking them, they are with holding my deposit and charging me 1 months rent as a penalty. It was written in our lease agreement but they just so happened to forget to mention it. They said that if we don't payup they will send it to the collection agency. Am I screwed?

Also scrap metal HMS1&2 and rails and cement are great trades right now.

I'll try to clarify this as simply as I can. When dealing with any trade there is two sides, the buyer and the seller. Working directly with the is their mandate. And underneath them is a bunch of brokers and scam artists. We only work with people who are the mandate or are directly connected with the mandate. We do not deal with broker chains. Sorry to say this, but if you don't fall into either category you're wasting your time. Since this is international business, you do not require a license. It's pretty hard to crack into the industry because there is a lot of distrust and scams out there. Hope that helps, if anyone wants further information feel free to contact me.
