Looking for a contractor in the Denver area to build and install a custom door for my short-term rental supply closet. It currently has no door, so guests can see into and access it which is less than ideal 😬. Photos of both outside and inside attached.

Thanks @Michael Baum. The STR will be in my basement, and I've already gotten my license from the city, so I believe I am good to go. Appreciate you reaching out, though - Denver is definitely strict!

Hi all - I'm preparing to list my house hack in Denver as a short-term rental and am looking for an experienced photographer to take my photos. Would love to get the information of anyone folks have used and really liked!

Hello!

I am looking to purchase a property in Denver within the next year. My goal is to house hack - ideally I will be able to purchase a home with an ADU that I can use as a short-term rental while I live in the main portion. I would love to use a local lender for my mortgage and am looking for recommendations from others who have had good experiences. I am specifically looking to use an FHA loan (and potentially a 203K FHA loan at that), so lenders that offer these types of loans are a plus. Any and all recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie real estate investor focused on short-term rentals. I got my primary residence ready this year to work as an STR while I'm out of town, and it's been exciting to start getting experience as a host and to see firsthand how easy it is once you get everything set up.

However, I know tax season is coming and that it's important to have an accountant with experience working with real estate investors (and who preferably also invests themselves). However, I'm a little unsure of how to get started finding this type of accountant. I've always done my own taxes, so don't have any experience "interviewing" accountants to see whether they'll be a good fit. With that in mind, I'm hoping for some advice on:

1. How to find accountants with real estate experience.

2. The questions to ask when vetting potential accountants I find.
